THRIVE REHAB PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
(2020 - ongoing)
This project is the development of anatomical educational models for the use in sexual health awareness and training.
This project is a multi-disciplinary collaboration between the fields of Industrial Design and Occupational Therapy.
Thrive Rehab have engaged DaSHI to develop a 3d model of female sexual anatomy. This will be used for the education and training of health care professionals with the view to developing a commercially available version for other educators and clinicians. We have been excited to work with Dr Helen O’Connell of O’Connell Urology (and her team at Melbourne University) utilising their ground-breaking research into mapping the clitoris and other anatomy relating to female sexual functioning.
